What Makes Me Crazy

Am I really crazy these days? Yes, I AM! Hahaha. 

At first, I didn’t realize it. I think I was still in my right mind, but.. nooooo, I think...I’m not.. ^^ 

Why Why Why?? 

Maybe because of unstable mood or I don’t know why exactly. Then suddenly, I was like bipolar, sometimes I got very sad, sometimes felt very happy, sometimes felt gloomy, sometimes overexcited. Maybe because of my unstable emotion, it has influenced my taste of music. Actually, I don’t really like upbeat music.. rock, rock punk or j-rock. But, recently, ah.. whatever~~ When I’m down, listening to rock  somehow it makes me better... ㅋㅋㅋ

So, I will share to you what kind of music that makes me jump-up recently.. I can’t help fallin’ in love with this album. This album is really outstanding. 20 [twenty] is the second japanese full lenght album of FTISLAND, contained 11 tracks with Stay as their title song.

Stay is a beautiful song. Composed by Jonghun himself, this song is very simple but beautiful. Yeap! Indeed, simplicity is beauty, right? Lagu ini nggak perlu beat yang complicated ato apalah yang rempong. Cuma mengandalkan instrumen ma suaranya Hongki&Jaejin. Indeed, Hongstar is really Hongstar. Udah la ya, nggak usah dikomen lagi kalo suaranya Hongki.. What’s suprised me is... Suaranya Jaejin, whooaaaa.. Beda banget dah sama Jaejin yang dulu, di album ini dia bener - bener udah grown-up. haha.  Stay emang layak jadi title track, meski pertamanya juga agak gimana sih.. Yeep, telinga saya butuh waktu.. ^^

Track 01 is Let It Go!,bukan lagu yang baru sih ini.. this song is composed by Jonghoon. Jepang banget, liriknya juga positif banget, hmmm.. Cocok deh kalo lagi pengen triak triak.. hahaha. Track 02, Neverland, lagu ini opening soundtrack-nya anime gitu. Neverland/Hit the sands ciptaan Jonghoon, sangat energetik, dan gitar performance-nya dia awesome banget di lagu ini. This is something very FTISLAND!! FTISLAND banget lah!! ^^ Track 04-nya juga bukan lagu baru, Wanna Go! Composed by uri maknae, lagu ini upbeat banget, full of sense of youth, FTISLAND banget juga, dan lagu ini tu udah kaya anthem apa gitu, bikin semangat lah kalo dengerin lagu ini.. This song will lead you to shake your head  crazily. Haha. 

Track 06 Distance. I don’t know how I should described this song.. Distance is very powerful ballad. Their live performance in Nippon Budokan amazed me and made me crying.. totally love this song!!

Track 07, always.. composed by Seunghyun, hmm.. I’m absolutely adoring Seunghyun’s voice and his musical abilities here. Our bob did great job!!! Suka banget ma duet nya Jaejin ma Seunghyun di lagu ini. Harusnya sih mereka nyanyi bareng di lagu ini dari awal sampe akhir. hehehe. Ternyata suara mereka berdua kalo barengan keren banget, awalnya malah nggak nyangka kalo ada suara Seunghyun.. Kupikir sekarang mereka punya 3 vokalis, haha.

Track 08, Compass.. Ini juga mahakarya uri maknae, Seunghyun and Minhwan.. Yeaaaah!!! You guys just too great!! How should I say?? This song is really captivating. I like the lyrics, very positive and it makes me feel secure and warm in the same time. Track 09, Paper plane. Jaejin-ah.. You are DAEBAK!! Seperti yang udah pernah kubahas di Five Treasure Box, lagu ini adalah versi original-nya. Keren banget banget banget! lagu ini udah kaya 'love at first sight' di album ini.. Jaejin’s compositions never failed impressed me so far. The best composer in FTISLAND deh, sayang ini nggak berlaku di Korea. Lirik lagu ini hmm, keren lah, very rich and meaningful. Buat yang lagi depresi, haha *curcol* ya bisalah jadi soundtrack. Bener - bener bisa bikin orang termotivasi untuk bangkit lagi.. Just like a paper plane, meski ringkih, meski gampang sobek, tapi bisa terbang tinggi kemana-mana. Suka juga cara dia pake bahasa Inggris di lagu ini, nggak nonsense kaya lagu - lagu Korea kebanyakan, sesuatu yang baru lah.. I think this song also deserved to be the title track of this album.

Track 10 , Endless Story, yeaaaah, this song is Jrock-like tune and this is FTISLAND!! Hahaha. Once again, uri Bob composed this song. Selain itu, partnya dia di lagu ini lumayan banyak dan emang suaranya juga jauh jauh lebih bagus dibanding dulu.. ^^ Track 11, Life. composed by Jonghoon.. Suka banget ma intro lagu ini, liriknya juga bagus banget.. Hongstar emang bener - bener treasure-nya daehanminguk dah! 

Track 12 (Limited edition) – Satisfaction (Korean vers.)  Well, Satisfaction buat aku, tu lagu emang lahir nyawanya Jepang banget, jadi waktu di remake Korean vers. hmmm, nggak bisa sama bagusnya kaya yang original. I don’t think it sounds great in Korean. 

Like what I said before, this is an absolutely fantastic album! Self-composed album and I think this is their best album so far. Uri maknae, Jonghoon, Jaejin, they did great things in this album. I think they won’t need Kim Do Hoon in the future anymore.. hahaha. If FNC does the same thing like Warner Music does, I think it’ll be great.
